* "It is with great regret that we must announce Denmark’s Pretty Maids will be unable to perform at Firefest 5 on Sunday Oct 26th as originally scheduled. This is no part due to either Firefest or Pretty Maids , but it is in fact the direct result of the bands original flights (booked in June 2008) being cancelled by the airline, and despite frantic efforts by both Pretty Maids management and Firefest, we have been unable to find suitable replacement flights."

"On the Plus side, once it became apparent Pretty Maids could not perform a frantic search began for a replacement act. Two weeks to show time is generally not the greatest time to be looking for a replacement act, but we have struck gold H.E.A.T the latest hard rock sensations from Sweden , currently riding high with their critically acclaimed self titled debut album have accepted our invitation to play."
